Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at daria@thedariarae.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at daria@thedariarae.com

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
